Hi We are currently in the process of deploying and configuring OTRS. I wish to obtain very specific stats, meaning for example on the customer interface , one of the items is defined as password. But that includes tickets for VPN password , internet password, Sap password, etc... Is there a way for 'measuring' the number of incidents relating to each on...i.e VPN password..... internet password.....ap password, etc. Thanks in advance for your help, Iyad
