Check for the otrs user credentials in boot, database and otrs configuration, there is a mismatch between them.

I gave it root DB access to create the user and the db itself.

Hey folks,
 I just ran the windows installer for otrs it was able to connect to my db server just fine and created the table and the user and give me all green after that step of the installation is complete. however on the next  page it throws the error in my subject line..  any guidance on this ? Please don't  suggest *nix because it's not an option for this installation..
