Unfortunately the Windows installer currently suffers of a broken PPM<br>
(and a broken cpan module as well). Please see this bug report:<br>

A workaround is included in the report.<br>

Also, in OTRS v 2.3.3 and up, Mail::POP3Client and IO::Socket::SSL are<br>
used for <span class="il">POP3S</span> and the IO::Socket::SSL is not yet bundled in the Windows installer. See also:<br>

So you could install the modules you&#39;d need after you&#39;ve fixed PPM as per bug 3789.<br>
