[otrs] Customer Data w/ MSSQL backend

Howdy All, I have an external MS SQL customer backend that OTRS connects to. When I use variables for responses (), the agents get a blank "-". Is there a different variable for external data? The map fields seem to be correct since I can pull up customer info in a search. Thank you for your help! --Brannon
