I found that file and described the Exchange - Server as the Relay_Server, but that did´t matter.
Oh... fine. After that you have to execute SuSEconfig (which writes the new sendmail.cf) and restart sendmail (rcsendmail restart). Then it should work. PS: If you have no external-DNS in your lan (IP<->Domain of external hosts), you also have do disable DNS-Lookups in the same file (/etc/sysconfig/sendmail...).
