I modified CustomerStatusView.dtl: inside dtl:block:record comment out

<td class="$Env{"Color"}">$QData{"Age","20"}</td>

and insert

<td class="$Env{"Color"}">$TimeLong{"$Data{"Created"}"}</td>

It’s posible change the Age in the CustomerTicketOverView, I like to see the creation time in this view.
