Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes
adjust in mysql config and restart mysql.

Summary: attachment too big.

This message refers to a old deleted ticket. In var/spool/problem-email  I have two files named "problem-emailxxxx".

Can I delete this files and does this action solves this problem ?
