Dear OTRS freaks, <br><br>how can I sort the age of tickets by age of the last email and not the age of the ticket ???<br><br>Is OTRS 3 better on that ? We have OTRS 2.4.1 and it seems it only works with PERL.<br><br>Best, <br>
