Make sure you have valid options defined under
iPhone::Frontend::AgentTicketCompose###StateType in SysConfig. If you
have renamed your state types, you must modify the default values
here.

Hi,
I've setup the SOAP interface and the iPhone module. It works great but when replying to a ticket, I can't assign a next status. The field is preset with "open" and touching it displays "Warning, There are no options available for this field. Please contact your administrator for assistance".
Any clues about that ?
