Has anyone else noticed that when you "compose an answer" while
viewing an agent (email external) entry that the system wrongly pre-
populates the "wrote" part,
For example,
I am viewing the last email we sent to a ticket - agent (email
external) - and when I hit "Compose an Answer" which uses an empty/
blank template the pre-populated message shows as,
Username
