Hello all, otrs 2.0.4 When I open phone or email ticket, I can set priority of it and next state of ticket. But if I wrote part of client's name and find client, after it I can't set priority of ticket - I test it with firefox 1.0.7 and Opera 8.51. perl 5.8.5 (CentOS, RHEL4) .
