
Hi Lars,
Using notifications might seem like an easy way, it is not going to be
a good way. Reasons include; you might get more than one notification
for one change; and also, since notifications are configured in user's
preferences, you might also get no notifications for some changes.
A better way to integrate would be to use the Ticket Event module,
which you can use to trigger some Perl code based on Ticket Events:

Hi,
Somebody is going to make an app to get data out of OTRS when tickets changes. He would prefer to receive updates by mail.
The easy way to do this would be to add a Cc to all notifications and direct that to an address read by the new app. Is this possible?
