Hello Everyone - I'm wondering if anyone might kindly give a clear answer to this: What's the difference between using procmail to prefilter messages for the otrs user, and the web-interface-available postmaster filters? Another way of putting it is, what can't I do in the OTRS GUI that I can do only preprocessing with procmail, and, is this going to change with the upcoming release of 2.0 in August 2005?
