Have you tried to search for customers in the agent interface (customers tab)? does it work and show correct customer information?****

Hello,
I've just configured AD authentication, and is working pretty well,
but when a customer logins and tries to create a ticket
it redirects to the page
http://ip/otrs/customer.pl?Action=CustomerTicketMessage
and the page stays blank
does anyone knows what could it be?
