[otrs] OTRS ticket validation

Hi, I want to know if I can create a ticket just for validation I mean when I create a new ticket for an agent just I need to reply with his validation not to let him write a text just click ok or Not ok . There is an option for OTRS solution can solve my problem ? I need your help please. Regards.
