Look in Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm $Self->{ResponseFormat} = '$Data{"Salutation"} $Data{"OrigFrom"} $Text{"wrote"}: $Data{"Body"} $Data{"StdResponse"} $Data{"Signature"} '; You can add this in Config.pm, and it will override anything in Defaults.pm. In fact, anything you find in Defaults.pm, you can add to Config.pm to customize your OTRS config even more.
Furthermore I think it would be better to do the CustomerZoom in the "ClosedSuccessful" Notifications on customer.pl, not on index.pl, isn't it ?
