Yes but it will take you months to re-code the parts of OTRS used to sent emails.
if not i wasted lots of time with otrs cause then otrs is totaly not usefull thes days of multimedia if you understand me.
Depends on your target, personally I prefer plain text emails, IMHO HTML should be kept to the browser (but that is an argument for a different mailing list).
cause we have lots of subdivisons that use there own logo and or html teplates. if not, anyone got an alternative for otrs that can do html outgoing? thanks
I think Request Tracker can now handle sending HTML emails, but it doesn't run well on a Windows platform.
