Greetings, Yes you can have default autoresponse for each queue in otrs as follows: 1. Create a custom autoresponse (Admin=>Auto Responses) - (You can make a copy of "Default Reply (after new ticket is created)") 2. Attach Autoresponse to Queue (Admin=>Auto Reponses <->Queue); select type (e.g. auto reply/new ticket). Michael
