We are trying to evaluate OTRS but are having issues getting it to run properly. I have posted details in the forum here. http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=8487 It would be great if someone could take a look and point me in the right direction, it seems there must be malformed xml or maybe the parser module is broken but I don't know where to start.
