After using SetPermissions.sh the procedure leads to an Internal Server Error instead of the message mentioned :/ I installed otrs as a rpm. Thought this should work without much manual setup..
Right you are. Which rpm did you use? Please provide the exact filename and d/l location, if available. The current RPM release is here: RPM for SuSE Linux 8.x ( RPM ) ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/suse/8.x/otrs-1.1.3-01.i386.rpm - MD5 (otrs-1.1.3-01.i386.rpm) 6bb057a871150da60293617498d9e202 Perhaps you might consider to repeat the download and start with the above RPM. hth, Robert Kehl
