Hello,
I've installed OTRS 2.0.3 on Red Hat AS 4.1. I've created users, groups, roles, and queues. So far so good.
I can send an email to
otrs@myhost.edu and it works. The ticket shows up in the postmaster queue. (not my real host name...)
I'm having trouble defining another linux user/email address and getting the email piped to the appropriate queue.
What is the proper procedure? I defined a queue, pcsupport, and gave it the email address of
pcsupport@myhost.eduI've created a linux user, pcsupport and tried various things. The closest I've come has been copying over the procmail.* files to the new user home directory. Then, the scripts can't find the appropriate *.pl files.
What is the best practice for this?
