[otrs] Problem with ticket generation

Hi, We have installed otrs2.1.7 on redhat linux.Its working properly.But there is problem with ticket generation.When I submit ticket through customer pannel its coming otrs system.When I closed the same ticket through otrs its not coming into customer pannel.Kindly provide me the solution if any.
