What version of OTRS? Did you recently upgrade? If so, was the database schema updated as well?
OTRS 2.0.4. We haven't recently upgraded.
OTRS 2.0.4 was released in november 2005, there have been several releases since then. Have you checked bugzilla and the changelogs for the more current versions? A fix for this problem might have already been implemented. Nils Breunese.
