[otrs] PDF header

Hi, When I print a ticket in PDF it shows a header with the text: '((otrs)) Communication with success!'. I've searched everywhere for this header, because I'd like to modify it to include our company name. I've tried locating this header in: PrintHeader.dtl AgentTicketPrint.dtl AgentTicketPrint.pm However I could not find it? When I do a text search on the OTRS directory for 'Communication with' it only shows up in: CHANGES.txt otrs-initial_insert.xml mysql.html RFC.html None of which seem to do anything with printing tickets?
