
Messagehi, check /otrs/Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm for it, its there.. byes.. Hello. I've successfully installed OTRS and have been using it for a few weeks now. But I noticed that when entering notes for a ticket I only have the option of "note-internal". I do not have the option "note-external". Can someone tell me how I enable the "note-external" options?
