Using a SuSE 8.1 and upgrading with the rpm-file to 1.1.2 showed no errors.

We fixed/changed the formating of long text messages. -=> But it should be compat. to other versions (and it works fine for the rest). Anyway try to use the Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentZoomBody.dtl from your latest rpm. Copy Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentZoomBody.dtl.rpmsave to Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentZoomBody.dtl.
