hmm.. what is the exact error message from the apache error log ? is the apache configured with suexec wrapper ? [...] Im not getting any errors about suexec, just errors about my 403.shtml not being found.
Check the file permissions (can the webserver user read the $OTRS_HOME)!? I don't think so. PS: http://stroh.otrs.org/otrs/index.pl is running as virtual host.
