Sorry, it was not clear to me.
The configuration of my environment is as follows:
Currently my OTRS is using Sendmail to send messages. I have 5 lines that receive tickets, each by an email.

I need each of the queues to send messages using your specific e-mail, using SMTP. I want my SMTP server has a copy of all emails sent from each queue.

My SMTP server requires authentication for sending messages, how can i set the password of the accounts of each row?

Hi,

those fields are specific to a smtp with auth required in sending mail through. Sendmail could be used if you are running a *nix machine and you can leave empty but sometimes, local MTA, are not able to forward mail because of antispam rules around the world (reverse mapping, hostname and so on).

These fields are specific enough to send via sendmail?

Yes, it does this but you have to assign a mail address to queue, so you should have 5 queues

Hello,

I wonder if it is possible to use SMTP to send / reply messages using multiple accounts.
My OTRS (2.3.3) uses 5 accounts (emial) to get tickets, I need to answer these tickets the message is sent using the same account.

Version 2.4.3 of OTRS has this feature?
