I saw several errors in the OTRS log today... Module Kernel::Modules::CustomerTicketSearch not registered in Kernel/Config.pm About which I've asked here before but unfortunately didn't hear back. Someone else was having the same error message back in January but how he got the error to occur was different than here. I can click all over in the public FAQ and I can't figure out how to create this error, but someone must be since it is in the log. Help? Thanks. On 11/5/08 8:05 AM, "Wes Plate" wrote:

/otrs/public.pl?Action=CustomerTicketSearch&Subaction=OpenSearchDescription
Indeed, I can reproduce the error with this URL.
But how does this URL get created? I can't figure out how I could start from our public FAQ page to make the error occur.
Anyone know?
