[otrs] Adding a free text field to ticket

Is it possible to add a free text field to a ticket which is visible in the ticket details box in the top right of the window (alongside Type, State, Queue etc) and able to be included in the search result. I'd like to use this to keep a record of the development team's work item number for easy reference. Regards Greg Pennell
