Hi Peter, I think you have to set OTRS to use UTF-8. But take care - it only works fine after having done some patching, because UTF-8-support is yet not 100% implemented in OTRS. See mailing archive (english & german) and bugzilla for details. Bye, Alex Peter schrieb:
Hi list! I use OTRS successfully since years in german language and all work fine since years.
Now I have to setup some additional queues in russian language and charakter set.
Is possible to switch some queues to russian language and charakter set?
I try to setup some autoreply or send some test-emails, but OTRS convert all letters in email into html: ...Ува...
and noone can read russian letters.
Any ideas!?
Gruss, Peter
