{'ShownCustomerTickets'} $Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketEmail'}- {'ShownCustomerTickets'} I need them to prevent showing any old customer tickets when creating a new ticket. How can I do this now?
FYI: I have opened a bug for this as there seems to be no solution: http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4139
