Hi Marco.
Well, I’m not a developer, but I don’t see any contraindication
in using a similar solution. Of course you have to find the object where the
pending date is stored.

interesting solution... there is a member in otrsitalia.net that seems to
have a similar problem having the needs to use the pending date in notification
event. Do you think that it could be adopted (obviously) changing the code and
achive his goal ?
