Dear All; I am testing out OTRS and have found this is a very good piece of software! However, I would like to know if I have an email address support@abc.com which abc.com is not hosted by our server, how can I setup OTRS so that any ticket sent to support@abc.com will then be transfer to the OTRS ticket queue? Thanks.
