For OTRS 2, try the following instead: # ArticleStorageFS ticket/article storage instead of default ArticleStorageDB ticket/article storage $Self->{'Ticket::StorageModule'} = 'Kernel::System::Ticket::ArticleStorageFS'; I believe the OTRS 2 documentation erroneously states the 1.3 syntax in the examples; also for the TicketIndexAccelerator examples.
