I'm pretty sure that the action to delete e-mails after processing cannot be changed due to possibilities of duplicate tickets and so forth. Therefore if you want to retain e-mails I would create a secondary mailbox (OTRSArchive) or whatever and then define a rule for your otrs mailbox to forward e-mails to this account.

hi,
i have failed to get otrs to use imap and leave a copy of the mails on the mail server.
has anyone found a fix for this or do we have a timeline for it's fix being made available?
