
Hi Gustavo, try following: [ Admin-Area ] -> [ PostMaster Mail Account ] -> [ Mail Account Management ] -> choose an appropriate mail account from the list -> find the [Trusted: ] parameter and set its value to [Yes], save this change with [Submit] -> do a test, I guess it might help.
