Hello, I am interested if there is an "easy" way (even with global search/replace in source code) to have OTRS times in MySQL database to use different time zone from the one for which MySQL server is set up? Details: MySQL server (version 3.23.56) is run by ISP in different time zone from my customers. and I can't change it (MySQL server's time zone). Still, I would like my customers to see ticket's times from database in their local time (all customers are in the same time zone). Is there an easy way to do it (I don't think MySQL has any client side options to select time zone). Thanks, Goran
