Agents need to select the queues they want listed under "My Queues" under Preferences. (index.pl?Action=AgentPreferences).

Good day,I having problem with "My Queues".I have created a couple of queues in the OTRS 2.3.Created a couple of test emails.When i assigned to ticket to one of the agent. The ownership is retain with me but the responsibility is with the agent.When i click on My Queues; there are no ticket display. (0)How do i go about to resolve this.Thanks,Fairuz
