Hey guys,
After a recent update from 2.0 where we had a navbar module called “My Tickets” which would allow agents to see all of their open tickets, this button has disappeared. We updated to 2.3 and followed all update instructions.
The problem is the person who first set up OTRS for us is now gone from the company.
How can we get this “My Tickets” button back? Please help!!!!
