[otrs] add image in FAQ

hi, there's a problem in my FAQ feature. i can't add image (e.g screen shot) in my article. if it can't be added to FAQ Article. this article didn't help customer to learn by themself. so how i can add image in FAQ Article? i need ur experience to solve this problem. thx, - HM - ____________________________________________________________________________________ Yahoo!
