[otrs] Upgrading from 1.2.2 to 2.0.1

Are there any problems to expect when upgrading from 1.2.2 to 2.0.1? Is there a database conversion script available for 2.0.1? I'm also wondering if I am going to have to re-customize the web interface to get the colors and layout more like the rest of our site.
