I saw you also posted this very question last week. What you could do
is to create a database-level integration with the SugarCRM database.
Instructions for this are in the OTRS manual:

You might want to create a view on top of SugarCRM to convert
datatypes if needed. Please note that I do not have any experience
whatsoever with SugarCRM...
