Hi there, On the OTRS side you have to install SystemMonitoring package ( ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/packages/SystemMonitoring-2.0.4.opm), on the Nagios side you have to install Nagios+OTRS package which used to be available at http://www.monitoringexchange.org but currently the link seems to be broken.
