We have a similar new index already in the database upgrade script for OTRS 3.4, like this: DROP INDEX dynamic_field_value_field_values ON dynamic_field_value; CREATE INDEX dynamic_field_value_field_values ON dynamic_field_value (object_id, field_id); This should have similar results as the index you are proposing, can you check please?
