Re: [otrs] Customer full name not taken when using Address Book

Hello Michiel, Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this is not the problem I'm talking about. As I understand, bug#5863 was related to OTRS 3.0.1, and stated basically that there was no auto complete in the CC and BCC fields. In my case, I'm looking for something else, simpler. I need to add contacts from the address book, be that in the TO, CC or even BCC field(s), doesn't matter. What I find strangely missing in the system, is that when you press Apply at the bottom of the Address Book page, only the customers' email addresses are put in the respective fields, and not their names, which were stored earlier in their profiles in the Customers page. I'm running OTRS 3.0.7 (should be upgrading soon to 3.0.9), on a CentOS 5.5 server and MySQL DB. Any thoughts or ideas please? //M On Mon, Aug 15, 2011 at 3:47 PM, Michiel Beijen wrote:

Where do you store your customer information? LDAP? OTRS database?
