It seems to be a know bug (#4257).

You have to download  http://source.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/Kernel/System/Ticket.pm?revision=1.416&view=markup and chage the one presents in  .../Kernel/System

I'd try to configure the Notification (Event) on success close and on unsuccessful close, but without success.

The rest of the mail events are ok (New Ticket p.ex.).

Do you know if there are some bug, or if I need some aditional configuration ?
