[otrs] Mod_perl is installed! What now?

This has been a trial setting up a server with mod_perl. Well, it is finally done. Well, almost done. In the README.webserver, I'm looking at the section: "With mod_perl (speed!): You may want to use a mod_perl startup script. " Fine, but how do I set that up?
