Hi, I do that, but I thought it would be more simple to filter directly with OTRS because each customer_user has an email. My thought is to do your filtering on your email system rather than your OTRS system. Have an approved list of sender emails that you will actually accept emails from, and bounce or delete the rest. Is it possible to create a filter that will create tickets only for known (in database) customers ? If yes how can I do that ? Thanks. No virus found in this incoming message.
