I also tried to get change management working. Without success. There is a strange thing called Change State Machine and another one Defining Conditions. A non usable UI. I completely do not understand how to use it. I tried to get it working based on http://doc.otrs.org/itsm/2.0/en/html/x756.html How to use change management in an easy way?
